Most of the things I learnt, it was when my son was in pre-school. I remember it was sports day event in the school and there was a race where kids were supposed to fill their bottle with mud and stones and then run to give to their running partner. That image is still so clear in my mind, there was one kid who with loads of patience and with dexterity filling the bottle and there was no pressure of other kids finishing the race. If I ever find myself comparing or not able to focus, or getting affected by the critical voices, that image comes to my mind and reminds me to focus on my mountain.
